Dr. Christina Goodrich completed her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies at Wheaton College in Illinois in 2017 prior to graduating with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon in 2021. Her training included externships in primary care, ocular disease, and refractive surgery. She enjoys all aspects of patient care, and is particularly passionate about ocular disease, pediatric optometry, and myopia control.
Her undergraduate degree incorporated Spanish, chemistry, and applied health science to culminate with a thesis on ocular health and nutrition in the US and Latin America. While at Pacific, she served as a student board member for the non-profit AMIGOS Eye Care, a chapter of VOSH International (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity). In 2020, Dr. Goodrich was honored to receive the Practice Excellence scholarship for clinical and academic performance from VSP Global and the American Academy of Optometry Foundation. She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.
As a Meadow Vista native, Dr. Goodrich is excited to be back serving the community she calls home. When not seeing patients, you can find her traveling, cooking, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
