I have shopped at Auburn Family Optometry twice and also have had my eye exam there on my last visit. Everyone that works there is super friendly and is willing to help. I would highly recommend stopping and shopping at this facility for your optometry needs.

I find Auburn Family Optometry is friendly and feel comfortable to go to. I have been seeing Jason I think for four years, and he is not only very professional but easy to talk to. he is also very good at explaining what is going on with my vision.

I almost never leave reviews, but this optometry clinic deserves recognition. I had sudden changes in my vision and expected to be brushed off, but the doctor treated it seriously, ran extra scans, and explained everything calmly. They found early dryness issues I had ignored for months. I walked out reassured instead of anxious, which means more to me than I expected.

I was greeted promptly and kindly when I walked in. Destiny then helped me with glasses. She was friendly to both me and the previous customer. As someone who has worked in the eye care industry, I appreciated her knowledge and helpfulness. She worked efficiently and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. I walked in with an outside prescription and I'm glad to have been able to support a small business with great staff!
